lynnetted Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 Has anyone else run across this problem: A user on my site can ship to Puerto Rico from the US using the US Postal Service if they say they are in the US and Puerto Rico is their state, but they cannot use UPS this way. If they say Puerto Rico is the country where they want to ship to (not the state), then they can use UPS, not USPS. Anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks!
