Fatal error with credit card transaction

Hi,

 

When doing credit card transactions (using the cardsave direct module) I am getting the following error:

 

Fatal error (OrderHistory -> id_order_state is empty)

 

This appears on: https://www.petbay.co.uk/modules/cs_cardsave_direct/validation.php

 

The transactions are being processed and sent to the back office but for some reason the validation page is bringing up this error.

 

Any help would be superb as I need to get this resolved as a matter of urgency.

seems that a needed variable is not available or transferred correctly and hence empty. no idea really but it could be that _state refers to your customers' state which they did not provide when creating an account/ placing the order? just an idea, ask cardsave to be sure

After our recent upgrade we are having this issue with one of our gateways... paypal and the other payment modules work fine, except this one. We are getting the same error. I suspect the order status isn't being updated, but have no idea how to fix it.

 

Did you manage to fix this? Please share.
