Dear Prestashop Members

 

A while ago I joined Prestashop with great enthusiasm. I have had just one question for Prestashop support which they have steadfastly refused to answer - but they have taken my money while leaving me high and dry unable to use their product.

 

3 times I have contacted this organisation using various means including their Contact Us forms - and never received an answer.

 

I have since tried to cancel my membership/subscription and this too has not been processed - and Prestashop continue to steal my money.

 

I have now sent the email listed below which one step before instigating legal action against Prestashop for theft and fraud.

 

Use this company at your own peril.

Prestashop,

I have consistently tried to contact you re technical support and you have refused to reply to my attempts to clarify my requests. Because you have not responded to my requests for information and support I have not been able to use and/or implement your product.

Because of this I have used this form to contact you to cancel my subscription to Prestashop. This too has failed.

All the while you have been taking my money and refusing to respond to my correspondence. This is fraud.

This is the second attampt to request that Prestashop cancels my subscription. If it is not cancelled and I am not refunded I will be laying charges of theft and fraud with the French Police.

I apologize for the situation, I am not sure what is going on, this is the first that I hear of it. We do not offer any subscription services, so I am not sure which items you are referring about.
