I have shelled out for a bespoke drop ship shipping module which I am testing at this very minute. There are many posts encouraging PS to pick up the drop shipping model so another will surely help. Does not seem that Prestashop really cares much about developing the drop ship capabilities that so many people have been asking for on this forum and in other places. I tested Volusion today and it is set up smartly to handle multiple vendors and warehouses in different locations to accurately do shipping.
