Not receiving orders email

Hi,

 

When a customer make an order, I am not receiving any email and the customer also is not receiving emails. However when I send a customer service email, this is working fine and also by sending a test email from performance tab and email sub tab under "test your e-mail configuration" this is also working..

 

can anyone help me on why is this happening and how can I solve it ?
