werepair Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 Prestashop are having a laught, i changed a meta tag title in my back office, tried to save and it through up an error message .i opened a Bug , HERE http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFI-3632?focusedCommentId=41972#comment-41972 THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL STATING We notice that this is not a bug from the PrestaShop solution. So, we invite you to buy a diagnostic ticket and we will see where do the issue come from on your store and how to solve it here : http://support.prestashop.com/en/tickets-support/8-12.html Once you buy it, don't forget to send us a mail by describing your issue and giving your FTP, SQL and back-office accesses. All i changed was a meta title key words for my index page ...now i dont have a index page , i am getting this error Url rewrite field must be filled at least in default or english language. LOOKS Like i will be moving over to another Shopping Cart ASAP... dont be suprised if you all start getting errors and prestashop start sending you paid support offers -THIEVES Regards 1 pi**ed off ex customer... I am going to check with the support team what happened and why you were not given any help and explanation.
