Issue about guest Checkout

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with guest checkout.

 

When I enable it, in the checkout progress, in payment step, when I click on the payment method, it redirect to the first step, instead of going to the payment gateway.

 

What is the problem?

What version of Prestashop are you using and is this a default install using the default template?

It is pretty tough for us to debug something when we don't know what changes/adjustments you've made to the source php classes or the tpl/js files.

 

Your best bet is to revert any changes you've made to the cart pages, then test to see if it works. If it does work, slowly integrate your changes back in while testing to see if it works. Once you add in something that breaks your cart, you know what causes it.

I saw this thread in the forum... how exactly are people getting the option of guest checkout? That is what I am looking for.
