Faiyaz
H i; We are using 2 Carriers for the same zone for different weight ranges for some reason but when we checked out with some particular product which comes under one of these carrier, both the carriers are showing as only one as to show. Example : 01 (Lower Weight ) Weight Range Price Zone 0LB-150LB 50 US Example : 02 (Higher Weight ) Weight Range Price Zone 150LB-1600LB 250 US
Dave L
It's probably the 'Out of Range' behaviour in your carrier settings. Make sure it is set to 'disable carrier' rather than 'apply the cost of the highest defined range'.
eggdesign
The only problem there is that when someone orders multiple items it goes over the weight range so now no carriers will show! Anyone know how to solve this?
Dave L
This means the the shipping option is working as it should. The issue now is to tell it what to do when someone orders multiple items. This of course means that you need no provide additional weight ranges and apply the shipping cost accordingly. However, if the $250 is the max charge regardless of weight then that carrier would need to have Out of Range set to the Apply the cost of the highest defined range.
