KubitDesign Posted September 19, 2011 Share Posted September 19, 2011 Hi All, I have a bit of a problem and I am unsure as to how to get around it, I am a bit of a PS newbie and still learning. I have a client who I have set up a store for, he has told me now that he is going to employ a salesman to create sales over the phone etc... He has told me that the salesman should be able to see the profit margin for each sale in the back office BEFORE a sale goes through so he can see the profit per sale. I have no idea how to integrate something like this into the back office. I have installed the super user module to allow the salesman to create orders on behalf of registered customers, however I was considering buying the Orlique order manager as I think this may be more suitable. But neither of this options allow me to see a profit per sale for an order as it is going through. I would really appreciate ANY help on this or if anyone has encountered similar problems and how they got around it? Many thanks, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
