Affiliate program .. where?

I just installed Prestashop because I'd like the ability to control sales and pricing easily for my digital product store. 2 of the biggest features for me, aside from that, is the ability to sell downloadable products and to have an affiliate program.

However... I can't seem to find the affiliate program settings anywhere.

I've checked the modules, and I don't see it in there. I see a rewards kind of thing but that's not the same as an affiliate program, so I'm sure I must be seeing the wrong thing.

Am I just looking right past it or is there something I need to do to set this up?

I know this is a very basic question, but I'm starting to feel blind not being able to find this.

prestashop v1.1 has a "Customer referral program" only,

There seems to be a few bugs in it though, read here :
