webcrafter
The categories block suddenly started not showing up on the category.php page, now it is intermittently not showing on the home page, more times it doesn't than does...where should I look to fix this? webcrafter
To provide a bit more information, I have attempted uninstalling and re-installing the module, I then uninstalled and then deleted the module and then re-uploaded a fresh copy of Categories block v2.0 by PrestaShop and re-installed it and no change was made, the category block is still not showing, when it does very rarely show up on the home page if you click on one of the categories it is no longer shown... webcrafter
Another Update....I have imported from a database backup from when it was working, I am still not getting a categories listing on any page, all other blocks work as they are supposed to. So if I am thinking correctly it is not a module problem, as it was completely deleted and uploaded new, it is not a database problem as a new import did not change it, is there a module interface that may have become corrupted for that single module? Could have the change to friendly URLs caused a problem with the module? Just throwing out desperate thoughts now
webcrafter
This problem has been solved, I have been attempting everything I can think of since it happened last night. After going into my whm and checking the server health I noticed that the /tmp partition was 100% used. As an addition I have some clients who have had their categories disappear on their blogs since then as well. As soon as the /tmp was cleared the category listing reappeared as it was supposed to and all the wordpress blogs effected were back to normal as well...
