Radek100 Posted September 3, 2011 Share Posted September 3, 2011 Hi, I used Prestashop for 4 months, till august was everything ok, but now from september all recieved orders are not shown in statistics. I can see how many visitors I had, how many of them did registration, I can see also shopping carts, but I can see number of finished orders and also how much money they spent for ordering. Orders are correctly shown under Orders panel ni BO. Is there any solution for this problem? Thanks edit: I found out that statistics of orders (spent money and number of orders) are visible after finishing order - after changing status to delivered Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
