[RESOLU] Formulaire création client

bonsoir,

 

je cherche sans succès des infos sur les soucis de création de compte client à partir de prestashop 1.4.17 sur hébergeur OVH.

 

(pas de HTTPS et sans URL rewriting) : En recette tout est ok pour créer un client à partir du BO et du FO

(HTTPS actif et URL REWRITING ON) : En production à la création d'un client une erreur au moment de valider 2 champs invisibles sont requis :

date_add

date_upd

 

Je pense que c'est lié au rewriting d'url mais je n'en suis pas sur

 

Avez vous une idée ?

J'apporte des éléments de réponse sur ce sujet que j'ai posté le 21/08

 

Après plusieurs tests depuis 2 jours, je me suis aperçu qu'il s'agissait d'un problème de données, j'ai donc exporté ma base de recette sur ma production et l'authentification des clients est maintenant possible.

 

Je suppose que ces erreurs de créations de compte font suite à un RAZ des tables sur la base de production.

 

toutefois je rencontre un autre soucis que je vais signaler dans ce forum.
