Admin not receiving order email

Hi there,

 

I've setup a new shop and initially used paypal sandbox to test it out. I wasn't recieving any emails nor were orders being shown in back end.

 

I then decided to use live account. Now the order shows in the backend, client gets email, but as admin, I do not get an email from the system.

 

the second issue I have is that the order I bought was a discounted product. However, in the backend it shows the full price under "product sales". Clearly this is quite misleading.

 

Does anyone have any solutions for both these issues?

Mail alerts, please check it this module is actvated in back office,

I got the same issue, receiving paypal email but the prestashop email, m not able to receive any idea , i have also checked mail alert module, and confirm the emails are spelled right. still

 

any help will be so appreciated.
