hitch Posted July 28, 2011 Share Posted July 28, 2011 salve a tutti, sono nuovo di questo forum e da poco mi sono addentrato nel mondo di prestashop. il mio problema è questo, ho installato l'ultima vrsione di prestashop 1.4.3 e provandolo ho notato che nell'aggiungere al carrello degli articoli mi dà questo errore: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product. Details: Error thrown: [object XMLHttpRequest] Text status: parsererror cercando sul forum ho trovato una soluzione (sostituire il file product.php) però nel momento in cui lo faccio la pagina del sito non viene più visualizzata, forse perchè il file che ho scaricato era adatto per una versione precendente? potreste aiutarmi? grazie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nota: stessa configurazione su altro pc funziona correttamente. Prestashop 1.4.7.0 + easyphp 5.3.9 TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product. Details: Error thrown: [object XMLHttpRequest] Text status: error Qualcuno può darmi un'indicazione per la soluzione considerando che non sono un "esperto"?
