DINDI Posted July 12, 2011 Share Posted July 12, 2011 Hello,PS version 1.4.3I want to submit my sitemap to google webmasterI generate it successfully and add it fine but i get a red cross in a min saying URL not allowedThis url is not allowed for a Sitemap at this location. URL:http://www.perfectinstruments.comhttp//www.perfectinstruments.com/shop/53/pipette-washer.jpgProblem detected on: Jul 12, 2011It shows like this for all product images of mine. we can very well see that domain comes twice in thr link god knows y I am using redirect in my cpanel to redirect my domain to /shop.. i tried by removing it too but same errorFor now i have installed Selective Sitemap generator by Fabrique 0.1 and it is getting accepted with some issuesIssues:original module generates 196 links and is of type SITEMAPFabrique module generates only 119 links and is of type IMAGEScan someone plz tell me how do i solve this ??thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DINDI Posted July 12, 2011 Author Share Posted July 12, 2011 I regenerated the file .. this time unticked the option "Sitemap also includes products from inactive categories "this generated 119 links like the other module and got accepted...i compared both the sitemaps.. they were exactly same.. so i deleted this new one.. coz d earlier one was already accepted 25 mins backs and had status indexing.. so i did not wanted to take chances..am i on d right path ?
