mmsh Posted July 17, 2011 Share Posted July 17, 2011 No, without Memcached performance are good, but are better with this extension @Raphaël... hiinstalled and tested... memcached app and memcache extension both...memcached is running with 512MB ram dedicated...but i don't see any relevant performance boostpingdom.com -> product page -> memcached disabled into performance tab:Total loading time:3.1 secondsmemcached enabled into performance tab:Total loading time:3.9 seconds2nd time Total loading time:6.8 seconds !!!added server 127.0.0.1 with port 11211 and weight 1edit:php.ini extension=memcache.so ... ... session.save_handler = memcache session.save_path = "tcp://127.0.0.1:11211?persistent=1&weight=1&timeout=1&retry_interval=15" php.ini is good that way... or something wrong? 88dbsakthi Posted July 18, 2011 Share Posted July 18, 2011 After enabling the memcache with my cpanel VP servers i have found the response time has been increased.I just uninstalled the thing and it got works better.
