[Solved] Guest check out after upgrade from 1.4.2.5 to 1.4.3 - missing fields

After upgrading a test site from 1.4.2.5. to 1.4.3. the phone number field does not show on the guest check out page. It is not the theme as it behaves the same in the default prestashop theme, also the field is in the template file so something else is stopping it from showing.
The problem is that the field is expected by the core authentication code and will not let you progress until the pnone number is filled in.

Anyone experienced the same or have any suggestions.

I found the problem, during the upgrade the address layout for the UK was modfied in the BO and the phone field was removed, reset to default for UK and the Guest check out now works as expeceted.
