I have searched the bug tracker but to be honest i've no idea how to use it.I sell car stickers/decals through my shop and the attributes of each product is colour & size. I am using version 1.4.2.5, should i update? i have a premium theme bought from themespresta.netProblem -The only impact on price is by size, I have small, medium & large with small being the default size & price.A. Small (upto 15cm)B. Medium (upto 25cm)C. Large (30cm+)(i had to put A,B,C before the size to keep them in the correct order!)examplesticker 1 - default price £2.49 (small)when i select medium i get a price of £3.10 when it should be £3.49 and when i select large i get £3.71 when it should show £4.49I have all taxes off so i am confused, when selecting impact on price, do you just enter for example 1.00 for an increase of £1?Please Help! I need to launch the shop in a few daysThankyou I had a similar issue which in this case was with 1.3.7 regarding price reductions with Taxes disabled. I still had to use values net of tax to get the correct result.This may be a long shot and I know you have Taxes disabled but just try the increase as a -VAT value and see what happens.So if the impact on price is increase by £1.00 try to enter it as £0.80 instead. Dave L Posted July 10, 2011 Share Posted July 10, 2011 The only other thing I can suggest is to empty your cache and compile folders (except for index.php) and force compile on Preferences>Performance (remember to disable it again).Then do a Ctrl+F5 refresh on your PC. That should eliminate any possibility that the changes are not prevented from showing due to chache/compile issues.Otherwise, sorry I couldn't be of more help. Dave L Posted July 11, 2011 Share Posted July 11, 2011 Using an FTP program like Filezilla, log on to your server and navigate totools>smarty>cache and delete all the files (if any exist) except for index.phptools>smarty>compile and delete all the files (if any exist) except for index.phpIn BO got to Preferences>Performance and set 'Force Compile' to 'yes' and save, then immediately set it to 'no' and save.This will allow any changes made in the BO to show in the FO.If you still can't see the change, the 'old' page may be cached in your browser.
