initial price plus the price of the product ?

I need to find a way to add products to a fixed price.

for example:

pen without inscription
pen with the inscription
gilded pen

No inscription no cost extra $0.5 x 400 (Quantities)

pen with the inscription cost $40 plus $0.5 x 400

gilded pen cost $80 plus $0.5 x 400

I found few discussions but no reply: (
I am wondering about pack with the product, which costs 40, but would have to be enforced.

Could you try playing with the handling charge? this adds a fixed cost though i think you may need to have some one suggest a bit of coding to do it properly.
