[Solved] Changing the Categories block heading

Hi all,

I'm a bit stuck on something I though was simple. I'm using Ver 1. 4 .25 and am trying to change the categories block heading to "Shop by", so I go into modules/blockcategories/blockcategories.tpl and change the H4 heading from Categories to "Shop by" as below but it has no effect.

  I have force compile on and smarty is set to v3 which is fine, I have no problem changing the Manufacture to something else but this simply won't change.
  
  Does anyone know what I am missing?

Fixed it. It was to do with PS showing the cached version, so i went into tools>smarty>cache and deleted all the file within and it was fine.
