In preferences tab if I select to use smarty 3 instead of smarty 2 the shop slows down seriously. please view the attachments.Are there any chances to get some improvements in the future? eBuildy Agency Posted June 25, 2011 Share Posted June 25, 2011 Are you sure to have disable "Force Compile" and enable "Cache Smarty" in performance tab ?If you want the best performance, you should consider using a static HTML cache (so a page request will not load all the Prestashop/Smarty stuff ..) ... I have developed one, you can download it here : http://boutique.ebuildy.com/en/modules-prestashop/17-module-prestashop-static-html-cache-page.html check my Google Page Speed score, pages load in just 300ms ...
