Different categories block linked to Top Menu

Hi all,

I wonder, is it possible to define the main categories in the TopNav, and then assign a different block categories, depending on which page one go by clicking on the main category in Top? Let's say you have 3 categories on topmenu (books, music, videos) and after choosing books you go to featured page which contains only books and have a block category with book genres, for instance. Same goes for rest (music and videos).

I'm using PS 1.4.3 and the Top menu is by Julien Breux, localhost. Any ideas?
