Package Sizing & USPS Module

I am trying to sell wall-art using USPS for shipping in Prestashop 1.4.2. Each of my product options has different sizing options with different frames, ect. The dimensions will affect package size and hence the cost of shipping. Is there a way for the USPS module to pick up the different sizes for the different combinations. Right now combination entries are not possible for the width, height, and depth of the package, but only one such setting per product. Another problem I'm having with the USPS module is that when I try to use the "Product Settings" feature to set a shipping price for an individual product, none of my products show up on the listing there.
