Language prefix in url

does anyone know how to remove from the web. domain.cz/cs is CS? would be enough for the front page (the index). I use multiple languages ​​and version 1.4.2.5

Im need adres like with only one lang.

i need adrress sample :
cs lang - www.domain.de/description_category/products.html
en lang - www.domain.de/description_category/products.html
de lang - www.domain.de/description_category/products.html
