Fixed price per square meter - variations

Hello everyone,

I sell products (mats) or per square meter or in rolls of either 50 × 2m × 4m rolls 50.

To do this, so I created my product with its three versions. A "purchase by meter square" and a "purchase rolls of 50 × 2m" etc. ...

Here is my problem:

I'd like to display the price per square meter, which must remain the same for all products. For this, I use the field unit price of the product. But when I set a price increase following the variations, my unit price increases as well. It must always remain the same.

Does anyone have any idea?
