4presta
https://strefainwestorow.pl/spolki/cyber-folks-przejecie-prestashop PrestaShop has new ownership as of December 2025, acquired by Polish tech group Cyber_Folks (through its subsidiary Cyber_Pixel) along with Sylius and BitBag, forming a major European e-commerce ecosystem, moving from its previous owner, MBE Worldwide (now Fortidia). This acquisition combines PrestaShop's open-source platform with headless (Sylius) and custom solution (BitBag) tech, aiming to create a strong European alternative to global players, with Cyber_Folks holding a majority stake in the new structure. Key Details: New Owners: Cyber_Folks (Poland) acquired 100% of PrestaShop, Sylius, and BitBag. Structure: Cyber_Folks formed Cyber_Pixel to hold a 79% stake, with Sylius founders becoming minority partners. Previous Owner: MBE Worldwide (now Fortidia) had acquired PrestaShop in 2021. Significance: This move consolidates open-source, headless, and SaaS e-commerce tech, making cyber_Folks a significant European e-commerce provider, comparable in scale to Shopify's European presence. Bill Dalton Posted yesterday at 09:09 PM Share Posted yesterday at 09:09 PM To the new owners. Please do something about the ridiculous amount of ads shown in the forums. It's a joke. Not the "ha, ha," funny kind. It's the uncool, you are not a real business kind.
