wepresta Posted yesterday at 10:29 AM Share Posted yesterday at 10:29 AM Hello, From your screenshot the red message is the key: “The credentials you have given are not valid.” So the module can reach Worldline, but the API credentials don’t match. Quick checks: Make sure you’re using the correct environment Test/Sandbox vs Live (keys must match the environment). Regenerate and re-copy Access token / Secret token / HMAC(HDS) key (no extra spaces/line breaks). Verify the Merchant number matches the account that generated those keys.
