wepresta Posted January 9 Share Posted January 9 Hello, From your screenshot the red message is the key: “The credentials you have given are not valid.” So the module can reach Worldline, but the API credentials don’t match. Quick checks: Make sure you’re using the correct environment Test/Sandbox vs Live (keys must match the environment). Regenerate and re-copy Access token / Secret token / HMAC(HDS) key (no extra spaces/line breaks). Verify the Merchant number matches the account that generated those keys. Check outbound access isn’t blocked (WAF/Cloudflare/mod_security/firewall). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
