Order status Delivered [solved]

Hello everyone,

I use PS 9.0.1 with one template. (with English language)

i want ; when I changed order status to 'DELIVERED' system must send email to customer.

But, on admin area choose templates is not ACTIVE (pls see the screenshot)

I created delivery.html and uploaded the FTP, but PRESTASHOP dont see it.

Do you know, how to activate it ?

Have you tick option send email to customer? template should appear.

when I tick it, I take this message "The template field is required."
