Google "Blocked by Robots.txt"

After I submitting the sitemap and getting this error saying that blocked by robots.txt. How can I fix this issue.

Also, I had an old url use to be like https://www.galaxyhomedecor.us/bar-decor/drinkware that link show is still active and that I even change the link to https://www.galaxyhomedecor.us/collections/bar-decor/drinkware in the category.

I also notice it has to do with the login link button.

Urls in examples should be blocked /login?back=, check robots and disable that rule if you want to unblock it.  Also check you sitemap.
