Product customization details are displayed but hidden after 1 second or less

Hello, I am new to PrestaShop, it turns out that when I place an order for a product using PrestaShop customization in the options part, in which I can add a personalization field (in this case two) in which one is to add text and the other an image, when I go to consult the details of the order I can see them but after 1 second they are hidden as can be seen in the images, what can I do?
