guill4um3 Posted yesterday at 07:57 AM Share Posted yesterday at 07:57 AM Hi everyone, I recently upgraded my PrestaShop store from 8.x to 9.0, and since then I’m getting a blank page only on the “Modules” page in the back office. After the upgrade, I cleared all caches, restarted PHP-FPM, and rechecked file permissions. When I open: /admin3434/index.php/improve/modules/manage I only get a blank white page (HTTP 200) — the rest of the back office (Dashboard, Stats, etc.) works fine. Even with _PS_MODE_DEV_ enabled and overrides disabled, no error or exception appears, and both: var/log/dev.log var/log/prod.log remain empty (no entries at all when loading the page). In the Apache logs I only see: "GET /admin3434/index.php/improve/modules/manage ... 200 361" So it looks like the controller runs, but returns an empty output. guill4um3 Posted yesterday at 08:54 AM Author Share Posted yesterday at 08:54 AM Yes, all the modules are disabled. I even tried deleting them before the update and then performing the update afterward.
El Patron Posted yesterday at 09:18 PM Share Posted yesterday at 09:18 PM what is (and always post) your prestashop version. Open Chrome DevTools → Console and Network on /improve/modules/manage. If you see any failing XHR to .../ajax?... or addons.prestashop.com, note the error—it’s a big hint. Switch your employee language to English (en-US) and reload the page. Locale/ICU mismatches can silently explode that view. you mind find this blog post helpful https://prestaheroes.com/blogs/prestashop-alerts/how-to-enable-prestashop-debug-mode-v8-v9
