Backend also not getting. enabled debug in /app/config/parameters.php but no error Download PrestaShop 8.1.7 from official releases. Extract and upload the new files over your old installation except: /modules /themes /upload /download /img /override /app/config/parameters.php Delete the /install folder (the new versions ship it, but you must remove it). Log into your Back Office: PrestaShop will detect the version mismatch. It will run the upgrade scripts automatically (database schema, settings, etc.).
