[SOLVED] PrestaShop Question

Hello everybody

 

Why does PrestaShop not send emails when we try to respond to customers in customer service? Presta version 1.7

 

It does when following things occur, though: 

 

-Customer registration

-Customer order confirmation

-Change of order status

-Customer inserts a message directed to us

Only issue is that customers do not receive emails when we answer them from customer service,the rest works

You think it's wrong to put in server for "sent" emails? Do I need to put the same address I have in "stores"?

-Imap URL: your IMAP or POP3/POP3S url

-Imap Port: 995 if POP3S, otherwise IDK

-User: Your email written like this - [email protected]

-Password: Your password

-Delete messages: No

-Create new threads: Yes

-IMAP options (/pop3): Yes

-IMAP options (/norsh): No

-IMAP options (/ssl): Yes

-IMAP options (/validate-cert): Yes

-IMAP options (/novalidate-cert): No

-IMAP options (/tls): No

-IMAP options (/notls): No
