Marcofavaretto
Hello everybody Why does PrestaShop not send emails when we try to respond to customers in customer service? Presta version 1.7 It does when following things occur, though: -Customer registration -Customer order confirmation -Change of order status -Customer inserts a message directed to us Thanks! ComGrafPL
Is you save the settings, synchronization test works? If not, settings are wrong. ( port., server, login, pass etc ).

( port., server, login, pass etc ). See following topic... Only issue is that customers do not receive emails when we answer them from customer service, the rest works You think it's wrong to put in server for "sent" emails? Do I need to put the same address I have in "stores"?
