prestaKar
I have encountered a problem, where I prepared a dummy product to test general things on. However even though the page shows its indexed and ready to view. It does not show up in main page. Also i deleted few dummy products prepared by the theme itself, but they still show up. It's like various modules do not update live. Could anyone explain the issue? I thought when i ready product i would be able to search it, but all the Leo modules seem not to see that there is a new product. I cleared cache, I chcecked if other things update (megamenu module, it does react to changes).
ComGrafPL
It shows on preview from product tab?
prestaKar
@ComGrafPL No It does not. What I meant with megamenu module, i added categories and dropdown list. The product itself cannot be found from the main page of the site whatsoever I suspect problem lies in cache of apollo page builder, leo modules and presta itself. (Since I deleted the previous dummy products added by developers of appagebuilder, but yet they are visible in the module Owl and other carosuels) Basically as shown in screen, the product is in catalogue, and since it was just added, it should show in New(Nowości) tab Edited July 25 by prestaKar (see edit history)
ComGrafPL
Have you used renidex on Pref-> search ( add missing products to the index )?
prestaKar
@ComGrafPL Basically first thing I tried to do. (It also runs automatically, but to be sure i did it myself) I edited the previous reply with screen, what i exactly mean. It shows "ghost products" i deleted, and not a sight of new one. Could you elaborate? The ap page builder has some settings for the carousels themselves but there is no much, screen below shows this. As for safe private browser, i checked on mozilla, and on private tab

prestaKar
@ComGrafPL Wait you mentioned preview from products tab.. All it leads is to 404 site, no matter the product. However i deleted another predefined product and it deleted it from front end
ComGrafPL
If you switch on classic theme, those products working? try with htaccess reset ( turn of friendly url - save - turn on - save ).

In the classic theme, my newly added products work (although there is no photo) But when i switch to theme built by Apollo Page Builder, it seems like it cannot find a new product. Also when i switched back from classic theme back to apollo one, it seems all the parts i have changed reverted back to classic look (from before I edited it ) I had whole page banners translated to polish, but whenever i switch themes, they change back to orginal, made by dev theme To fix that i have to import ps_ database from previous day. It seems like the theme is not responsive at all
Prestashop Addict
May be a cache theme issue. Can you try do delete cache and check.

The problem for me seems to be that Prestashop has its own cache, which you can reset/clear in the panel but the theme which is using apollo page builder.. has it's own? Like I said, if I take backup of database and recover it for the domain on ftp all the settings come back, but apollo still cannot find the new products. It's like it's completely hardcoded and it reacts to nothing. Do you perhaps know where that issue with "cache-no-auto-update" might be?
Alex410
There may be a compatibility issue between the product database and the Leo modules. You may want to try resetting your site or check if the Leo modules have their own cache settings that need to be cleared. Also, make sure the product is assigned to the correct category that appears on the homepage.
