Malformed UTF-8 characters, possibly incorrectly encoded NotEncodableValueException

The specific prices doesn't display on tab PRICES of the product catalogue.

It doesn't show the specific prices created, so it is not possible to edit it.

It looks like is a problem of Malformed UTF-8 characters, how can i correct this specials characters issue?

Try changing the shop name in the ps_shop table from the PhpMyAdmin.

I already do that and solved the problem, but now i realize that all content as the specials characters malformed, how can i correct this?
