From what I can see in other topics / GitHub issues, this error relates to incorrect permissions to the var directory or to the fact that you might have reached the file limit supported by the hosting server.
You should check some of them: here, here, here or here
Also, you should not share screenshots that showcase the admin link in them, for security reasons. You should change that URL (the adminxxxxx part).
