Addons store plugin listing issue

I have been e-mailing the prestashop addons support team for months and I can't reach them. I paid 100 dollars and published a plugin in addons. For 4-5 months, my plugin has not appeared on the addons site. I have been waiting for months for the plugin to sell. How do I solve this problem, why don't you answer the mail?
