Access is denied problem

Dear Prestashop family and helpful brothers, I am reaching out for your assistance.

I am currently using Prestashop version 8.0.2 with PHP version 8.1x. However, whenever I try to access most of the menus in the BO Admin panel, I receive an “Access is denied” message. I have been struggling with this issue for months. I have tried creating backups, setting up tables, and various other solutions, but I haven’t been able to resolve the problem.

I would really appreciate any help or guidance on this matter.

I have created a new subdomain and installed the latest version of Prestashop with a new database. However, I need to transfer the product details, categories, pages, etc., from my existing site.

I have no idea what exactly needs to be transferred or how to do it. If you could help or suggest a solution for this, I would be truly grateful.

Yes its a upgraded ps and my profile is super admin  =1

There is an issue with the rights from PS upgrade if you used 1-click upgrade or upgrade folder, especially from ps 1.6 migration. The tables ps_access and ps_authorization_role are not correct. One solution is to insert missing values from a fresh install. And for module access issue uninstall/intsall fix it.

Check one more thing.

Edit the file i.e. src/PrestaShopBundle/Security/Voter/PageVoter.php

Look for the same voteOnAttribute and try adding the

return true; on the top of the function and check if are still getting the access denied error.
