Nisaweb
Dear Prestashop family and helpful brothers, I am reaching out for your assistance.  I am currently using Prestashop version 8.0.2 with PHP version 8.1x. However, whenever I try to access most of the menus in the BO Admin panel, I receive an “Access is denied” message. I have been struggling with this issue for months. I have tried creating backups, setting up tables, and various other solutions, but I haven’t been able to resolve the problem.  I would really appreciate any help or guidance on this matter. Nisaweb
I have created a new subdomain and installed the latest version of Prestashop with a new database. However, I need to transfer the product details, categories, pages, etc., from my existing site. Â I have no idea what exactly needs to be transferred or how to do it. If you could help or suggest a solution for this, I would be truly grateful.

Prestashop Addict
Il y a 6 heures, Nisaweb a dit : Yes its a upgraded ps and my profile is super admin  =1 There is an issue with the rights from PS upgrade if you used 1-click upgrade or upgrade folder, especially from ps 1.6 migration. The tables ps_access and ps_authorization_role are not correct. One solution is to insert missing values from a fresh install. And for module access issue uninstall/intsall fix it. Knowband Plugins
In that debugging will be required. It might be due to an admin role issue, table missing data as mentioned above OR may be some hack activities OR due to some 3rd party module .

Knowband Plugins
Theme can be downloaded from the themes folder (in zip format) and can be uploaded the new server. To copy the data (i.e. Product/Categories/Order etc), you need to use module like MigrationPro.

Knowband Plugins
Check one more thing. Edit the file i.e. src/PrestaShopBundle/Security/Voter/PageVoter.php Look for the same voteOnAttribute and try adding the return true; on the top of the function and check if are still getting the access denied error.

Knowband Plugins
This error message is something different. It's not the Prestashop default "access denied" message. Certainly some malicious code at your end. Â Â
