nafnaf1000
I attempted to move the Positions around of the mods but after the first jump it would not move any more. is there an option that i can reorder them by number??
moonpies
If you are trying to move the item up the list, select an item above it and move it down. This seems to "unlock" the one that will not move up further. You may need to repeat this step several times if the list is long and you are moving the item from bottom to top. If you are trying to move the item down the list, do the opposite of course. Works for me. Hope this helps!
nafnaf1000
Thanks for the tip. I worked out that one already but it is a pine to do it that way. I think it is much simpler to change them to a number position and change them by order of number like it is in the Yahoo Stores.... What do you think. (hop this bug will get fixed in next v.) Bruno Leveque
Hi, Yes this might be a bug, could you help us to reproduce it? Thanks
moonpies
Thanks for your interest in this, Bruno. I am not sure how to reproduce it exactly for you, but I just checked it out again in my back office by moving positions and yes, things still get "stuck." All I know is to say: try moving things around in positions in the back office. For example, move #1 to #4 and then #6 to #3. Then, try to move whatever is on the very bottom of the list to the very top. I find that, at some point, the item you are trying to move to the top will "get stuck" and will not move up the list any longer by using the "up" arrow . When that happens, it is necessary to choose an item above it on the list and move that item below it by using the "down" arrow. Then, it is possible to move said item up the list once more with the "up" arrow -- until it gets stuck again, at which point you have to repeat the step of moving another item above it downward. Goodness, this is hard to explain in words! I don't really mind this glitch (if it is a glitch), as moving positions is not something one would do very often, and it is possible to work around it quite easily. And there simply are not that many items to move around anyway. For me, this is not a priority. Others may find it more bothersome than I do. nafnaf1000
You are correct, it is not a big deal as this is not something that one changes often. but when you do have to change it....Oh gosh,...... You explained it 100% correct. IMHP arrows up and down are the worst and slowest way to move things around.
