set number of days for carrier

I would like to set a number of days for two of the carriers I have, pick up at the store and delivery by the store, I would like to set it within 2 business days. Currently the message not available appears. I have already tried to configure the delay field, but this change is not reflected.

Versions: Theme, Module Prestashop is the least we need to know.

sorry. I'm new here... the theme used is PRS02045_04 Version 2.0.0 Design by CoderPlace, purchased from templatemonster.com,,, the prestashop version is 8.2.0.

I found this code in the file /public_html/themes/PRS02045_04/templates/checkout/_partials/steps/shipping.tpl

I would just like to know where the text is coming from that is "Não Disponível" / "not available"  to type a fixed amount of days

Have a look into the addon section you might find a module for that wish.
