Whant module to show only on index Prestashop 1.7 [solved]

So, I am using the HTML Box module from PrestaHero, and it’s amazing. However, I want it to appear only on the index page, not on the rest of the website.

In PrestaShop 1.6, I would do this using the 'Move Module' feature. I tried that, but it had no effect whatsoever.

Does anyone have an alternative solution?

Or could someone explain how to properly use the 'Move Module' system? I might be doing something wrong.😅

Did you try to use page exceptions in the position of the related module ?

Are you sure you're adding exceptions to the right hook?

I am starting to think there might be some crossed wires somewhere.

According to the module, it is displaying in (displayLeftColumnBefore)

 

However, if I deactivate the Hook displayLeftColumnBefore

it is still loading

So, I ‘fixed’ it.

There was something wrong with displayLeftColumnBefore, so I changed it to displayLeftColumn and managed the exceptions. And voilà, it’s working!
