Daresh
Well, that's actually a normal behavior designed by PrestaShop so you won't add product to the cart above the available stock. Usually the theme displays an "out of stock" message in this case. I sometimes advise people to change it to something saying "Out of stock or you already have all available stock in your cart". muksu
Hello That is not the case because the product has a lot of stock it is not depleted. So why dors it goes back to 0 By the way if at 0 you can select more and add it to cart... no problem... But why does it get to 0 and not 1 ? Daresh
In this case it may be a bug, but in the theme that you are using. Prestashop has it done correctly in the standard theme, and for sure in version 8.1.7 it works well. After adding a product to the cart, the quantity selector should get reset to 1 indeed. Knowband Plugins
Hi, This issue could be due to a bug in the theme you are using. In PrestaShop’s default theme, the functionality is implemented correctly, and in version 8.1.7, it works as expected. After adding a product to the cart, the quantity selector should automatically reset to 1, as intended. Regards.
