Order wont place - stuck at 80% in the checkout for some customers

I've tried to recreate the issue with different browsers on mobile and desktop but my orders all go through, but I've had 2 customers experience the same issue, and I'm worried. www.pangasinanflowershop.com

I've cleared the cache and rewarmed it again. Running 8.1.7

Not sure how to check it or what to do next. Maybe someone has experienced similar?

For everything to work correctly, there should be no red errors there, but there may be many reasons why they show up. If you have support for the checkout module, asking the author for help may be the most effective in your case.
