I cannot upload images of the products (Solved)

I have tried to upload new images of products and an error appears, which is why it does not allow the image to be uploaded. The error it gives is the one seen in the screenshot. Does anyone know how to solve it? Prestashop version 1.7.8.11 Thank you

It can be seen that uploading images returns an error of 500, most likely an error on the server.

Enable error debugging and view the error logs on the server

Check if there is a recording ban on the img folder in the root of the site.

On the server's side, they tell me that everything is correct. I can't just upload images to the products, if I can, for example, on the pages or through other modules.
