nicetazmenia
Hello Prestashop community,I am checking things in Prestashop 1.4.1 to get use to it and noticed that on the shopping cart, when apply tax rule on the product it display the price with tax incl. this part I understand. Now when you look at the line says Total tax, there is also tax amount there, so this mean the shopping cart is applying tax twice and this is either with a state that there is not tax rule on, meaning, if I am buying in CA USA then I have tax, if I am from Las Vegas, Nevada I should not have tax. Does any body notice this problem, I just download and installed the prestashop 1.4.1 today and I am seing this problem. Can you point to a thread in the forum if this is solved already. I really need the HELP!Thank you!
nicetazmenia
Does anybody have the same problem I got with tax. Basically, the tax is already applied to the product and at the checkout the tax is applied again. Is there a way to take the total tax out of the shopping cart or take the tax on the product and leave the tax on the shopping cart total tax. Please I really need some help on this problem.Thank you!

daniel.a
Ok for other people who think they have this issue it's not an issue it's just bad presentation but tax is correct. If you go to back office>Groups>Visitors(or other groups) and change the price to show tax "Excluded" it will show the way you expect it to show.
