Oops... looks like an unexpected error occurred when Login from Back Office

I try to login from back office but instant I am getting this error?

rename via ftp in the modules folder, the ps_mbo module

I renamed the ps_mbo module in the modules folder via ftp but I still have this problem.

Any other suggestions?

Did you clear the cache? Please give me a screenshot, I doubt it's the same

Where do I clear the cache? I am NOT able to login to clear the cache in PrestaShop. Unless there is other way to clear the cache I am not aware of?

over FTP just leave the index.php files in the folders

I did it as you suggested but still the same error message when I try to login from Back Office.

Did you update you shop recently or did your hosting change the PHP version?

Yes, few days ago I upgraded to Prestashop 8.2. However I had to rollback to ver. 8.1.6 due several errors. I restored all files + Database I backed up before I did upgrade.

The previous version worked fine and I was able to login Back Office. But for some reason I am not able to login due to the bmo issue now. But I had no bmo issue before.

I would go to the database, find the ps_module and then find the mbo module and set the active to 0 to disable it. Hope that helps
