Product Images on Product Page won't scroll

I am running Prestashop 1.6.1.16 - and have been for 8 years with the same template.

Yesterday - on all my product pages - the product images no longer scroll even though I have multiple thumbnail images that in the past I was able to click on and scroll through.

I have made no changes.

Can anyone help?

Wow! This might explain some other issues I am having.

I am not at all familiar with javascript. And the developer for my theme is no longer available which I purchased many years ago - can you help me with this?

If you purchased your theme so many years ago, why don't you just seize the opportunity to modernize your shop and install a more recent theme ? By keeping this one, you take the risk of having many other troubles over time.

I agree - but I just do not have the time to go through migrating my shop to a new theme and all the problems that will cause.

I have many add on modules that have been installed that never move over correctly.
