Santietsit Posted May 6 Share Posted May 6 Hi, Does somebody know how to increase the number of products that are shown by default when opening an order in the backoffice? By default is set at 20, but quite often, we receive orders of 20+ articles, and if the one handling the orders does not see it, therefore there is a high chance that the client does not receive all the products they have purchased. Knowband Plugins Posted May 7 Share Posted May 7 Hi, By default, PrestaShop doesn't offer a built-in configuration option for adjusting the number of products displayed per order in the back office. So, if you manually adjust the pagination setting to display 100 items per page when viewing order details, PrestaShop will remember this setting for subsequent orders you view.
